Job summary

Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking an Administrative Assistant of Faith Formation to support the Director of Faith Formation and youth ministers. The role involves clerical tasks, attendance tracking, and preparation for Sacrament events, within a faith-filled parish environment.

The position emphasizes bilingual communication, organization, and collaboration with staff to develop programs that nurture spiritual growth and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be a Catholic in good standing.
• Ability to work well and communicate with youth, parents, adults and volunteers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Faith Formation with duties such as managing class rosters for K–12 Religious Education.
• Update parish software weekly with attendance records and Sacrament preparation data.
• Assist with planning First Holy Communion and Confirmation events.
