Job summary

Thrivent Financial advisor position offers the chance to guide clients toward financial clarity and generosity within a supportive, Fortune 500 environment. You’ll start with comprehensive onboarding, including licensing for life, health and variable contracts, plus FINRA SIE, and Series 7/66 onboarding.

You’ll be paid via commissions and incentives, with robust training ahead and ongoing support from specialists across the organization to help you grow your practice in your community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding.
• Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering workshops and marketing your practice.
• Have the flexibility to control your schedule, allowing for work-life balance.
