Thrivent is recruiting financial advisors to help Christians achieve financial clarity through purpose-based advice, investments, insurance, banking and generosity. You will build a personal practice, connect clients with Thrivent programs and develop long-term trust-based relationships in your community.

Onboarding includes training and licenses; afterward, income is commission-based with incentives and planning fees. You’ll have support from across the organization to grow your business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance licensing verification as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
• Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent's reputation and market workshops.
• Maintain a flexible schedule for work-life balance.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization—business development, marketing, technology, and experienced advisors.
• Get support from specialists to help you build your business.
