Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Northeastern Wisconsin seeks a dedicated staff member to supervise residents in a faith-based 12-month program. You will assist with intake/discharges, monitor self-administration, and transport clients to activities, while modeling biblical principles daily.

The role emphasizes prayer, mentorship, and crisis support, with strong boundaries and compassionate leadership across all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to mentor people with life-controlling problems.
• Ability to interpret and apply biblical guidance for clients.
• Proficiency in handling crisis situations with composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clients during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
• Assist in performing client intake and discharges.
• Monitor the self-administration.
• Provide spiritual care to program clients, including prayers and devotions upon request.
• Confront clients about unhealthy behaviors and enforce program rules.
• Model and enforce all rules in line with biblical principles and guidelines.
• Gather infraction details and prepare discipline reports for the Program Coordinator.
• Safely transport clients to program functions and activities as required.
• Complete room searches and conduct drug/alcohol tests when instructed.
