Job summary

Teen Challenge Southeast Region is seeking an Adult Program Director to provide spiritual, operational, and administrative leadership for a residential recovery center across the region. The role leads staff, oversees daily operations, and models a Christ-centered culture focused on student care, discipleship, and responsible stewardship.

The position requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop leaders while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ with growing faith.
• Clear calling to Christian ministry and discipleship.
• Agreement with Teen Challenge Southeast mission, vision and values.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams, develop leaders, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in ministry, residential programs, counseling, addiction recovery, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Adult Program.
• Promote a Christ-centered culture that fosters spiritual growth and excellence.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop department heads and staff.
• Lead regular staff and leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Teen Challenge policies and accreditation standards.
• Oversee student programming, mentoring, documentation, and case management.
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as spiritual leader of the campus through biblical leadership and personal example.
• Conduct chapel services and monthly family training events.
• Promote prayer, discipleship, and servant leadership.
• Represent Teen Challenge in churches and community partnerships.
• Lead fundraising efforts and engage donors and partners.
• Recruit and lead an Advisory Board.
• Steward campus finances, facilities, and ministry resources.
