Adult & Teen Challenge Alabama seeks a Women’s Center Program Director to lead the daily operation of the residential program, guiding staff and volunteers in a Christ-centered environment that fosters spiritual growth and healthy life skills.

The role emphasizes leadership, program oversight, safety, documentation, and compassionate ministry, aiming to prepare women for reintegration into families and communities.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the Christian mission of Adult & Teen Challenge Alabama.
• Ability to provide leadership within a faith-based residential recovery and discipleship environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain healthy professional and ministry boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Model a Christ-centered culture and disciple staff and students.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Women’s Center residential program, including scheduling and classes.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for staff.
• Maintain a physically, emotionally, and spiritually safe environment and respond to crises.
• Ensure student records, progress notes, and program reports are accurate and timely.
