Onboarding includes 14 weeks of paid training while earning licenses; compensation is commissions and incentives based on success, with strong team support and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans encouraged.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and service.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and understanding.
• Make client appointments leveraging network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver workshops and market the practice.
• Have flexibility to control your schedule and collaborate with colleagues to succeed.
• Receive support from specialists across the organization as you build your business.
