Job summary

Caring Network in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking a Bookkeeper to join the finance team and support month-end close, accounts payable, and vendor coordination.

You will post journal entries, manage outsourced AP, reconcile invoices, and assist the Sr. Director of Finance with ad hoc tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Strong Excel skills and QuickBooks Online experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is required.

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries to the general ledger and assist month-end close.
• Manage outsourced accounts payable and vendor relations.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain filing.
• Provide admin support to Sr. Director of Finance and other duties.
