Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper for Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph Parish in Chicago. The role supports parish and school finances, handling AP, deposits, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining internal controls.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree in business or accounting and at least two years of parish or business bookkeeping, with strong skills in QuickBooks, GiveCentral, UKG Payroll, and MS Office.

This position has an hourly range of $23.00 - $33.00. An employee’s pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
