Job summary

JCW Group is partnering with a growing OCC-regulated federal savings bank to appoint a Fair and Responsible Banking Officer. You will design and oversee the bank's Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance program across every product and channel, including a national credit card program and digital banking platforms.

You will run statistical fair lending testing and review automated decisioning models for risk in line with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ECOA/Reg B, HMDA, UDAAP and Reg E.
• Hands-on statistical fair lending testing experience.
• Experience supporting a credit card program and interacting with OCC/FDIC examiners.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the bank's Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance program.
• Provide fair lending and UDAAP oversight of the national credit card program and digital banking products.
• Run statistical fair lending testing, including regression, matched-pair and marginal effects analysis.
• Review automated decisioning models for fair lending risk, in line with SR 11-7 model risk expectations.
