Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Fair Lending Officer to lead HMDA and Fair Lending programs, ensuring compliance across residential real estate and consumer lending. The role prioritizes safe and sound operations, data integrity, and ongoing policy maintenance.

The candidate will monitor regulatory changes, train staff, and oversee data repositories and reporting to identify risk patterns and drive corrective actions within a large institution framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 5–7 years of regulatory compliance experience; 10 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Lending and HMDA regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sound knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to Fair Lending and HMDA.
• Direct monitoring of compliance and inform management on policy adequacy.
• Design and execute Fair Lending risk assessments and remediation plans.
• Identify gaps and recommend lending strategies to support HMDA reporting.
• Provide training to staff on complex Fair Lending issues.
• Develop, administer and maintain a sustainable Fair Lending Compliance Program.
