Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Compliance Officer – Fair and Responsible Banking to support the Fair & Responsible Banking program, including fair lending and UDAAP oversight. The role emphasizes comparative file reviews, policy checks, and monitoring results analysis.

The candidate will work with the compliance team and business lines, providing SME guidance and facilitating corrective actions as needed, while contributing to risk assessments and training

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial services compliance.
Fair lending or UDAAP compliance experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
CRCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform fair lending comparative file reviews and risk reviews for consumer, small business and/or mortgage products.
Provide subject matter expertise to both the compliance team and business lines on fair lending and UDAAP risk; advise on corrective action as needed.
Analyze monitoring results to identify elevated risk and suggest improvements or additional monitoring.
Oversee fair lending and other applicable risk assessments.
