Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fair Lending Officer Sr. to lead the organization’s HMDA and Fair Lending programs, ensuring compliant residential and consumer lending operations.

The role focuses on risk management, data accuracy, and regulator communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive regulatory compliance experience in financial services, with a track record of building sustainable compliance programs, data repositories, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to compile reporting from disparate data sources and interpret regulations.
• Broad knowledge of financial institution operations and applying applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with all management levels.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of state and federal Fair Lending and HMDA regulations.
• Monitor compliance and update management on policy adequacy.
• Design and execute Fair Lending risk assessments and reporting processes.
• Provide guidance and training on complex compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable Fair Lending Compliance Program.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and assist with examinations.
