Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to join a team that delivers top-tier onboarding and ongoing support for Pearson educators. You will coach Faculty Support Associates, handle escalations, and guide accounts with higher service levels, including course builds and instructor onboarding sessions.

Hours are 8AM-8PM EST, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend coverage during peak periods. This role requires leadership, strong time management, excellent communication, and the

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to all audiences.
• Experience supporting faculty onboarding with technology is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Knowledge of educational technology and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Faculty Support Associates, escalating when needed.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and support at-risk adoptions.
• Handle course builds and provide guidance for high-service accounts.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain professional communication and timely responses to inquiries.
