You will handle scheduling, documentation, and compliance tasks, while managing confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced university environment.

Reporting to the Director of Recruiting and Compensation, this position plays a vital role in supporting faculty hiring and providing administrative and operational assistance for staff and senior-level searches. This is a recruitment operations and hiring support role rather than a traditional full-cycle recruiter position. You will work closely with the Director to keep faculty hiring communications, processes and details on track, helping academic partners and candidates navigate an organized, professional experience. Success requires excellent judgment, strong follow-through and the confidence to independently manage the details while knowing when to seek guidance.
