Qualifications

• Eligibility to serve as a Designated School Official under U.S. Department of Homeland Security requirements.
• Master’s degree in International Education or related field is desirable.
• Experience in study abroad administration, particularly faculty-led programs.
• Proficiency in relevant software and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advises faculty on logistics and compliance requirements for study abroad programs.
• Coordinates recruitment and advising for student participation.
• Oversees academic coordination and fee billing processes.
• Conducts marketing events to increase student participation.
