Job summary

Texas Christian University is seeking a Program Coordinator for TCU Global to advise students, coordinate study abroad programs, and support global learning initiatives. The role works with students, faculty, departments, and partner institutions to ensure courses abroad credit aligns with degree requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years in international programs or higher education, with a Master’s optional.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant work experience in international programs or higher education
  • Doctorate is preferred for advanced roles (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Advise students on study abroad programs (semester, summer, faculty-led) and curate advising calendars
  • Coordinate events and presentations (information sessions, admissions events, orientations)
  • Manage TCU Global marketing and content creation across webpages, brochures, social media
  • Serve as staff advisor for TCU Global Ambassadors
  • Support pre-departure orientations and global learning initiatives
  • Conduct overseas site visits for program orientations as needed
  • Review application materials for relevance and accessibility
  • Evaluate program popularity using attendance stats and surveys and make recommendations
  • Collaborate to ensure accessibility and representation of student diversity in study abroad programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
