• Experience with educational technologies in higher education.
• Experience with assessment design.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the Director of Academic Professional Development to design, implement, and evaluate professional development opportunities for faculty and staff that advance the college’s and Academic Success division’s mission and strategic goals.
• Assist the Director with the onboarding, training, and work of professional development collaborators and partners, as needed.
• Support the design, implementation, and data-informed assessment of professional development initiatives that are geared towards improving student success outcomes, fostering retention, and supporting timely program completion.
• Ensure that professional development programming is informed by current trends in educational technology, evidence-based pedagogy, and student-centered teaching practices.
• Facilitate recurrent courses, webinars, and activities, such as New Faculty and Instructor Orientation and courses that support CTE credentialing and offer coaching sessions to support those courses.
• Assist the Director with leading additional professional development trainings and coaching sessions that address career skills integration, student learning assessment, and teaching methods adapted to GenAI.
