Job summary

Collej AI is seeking a PD Support Specialist to lead professional development and on-the-ground implementation for districts using Collej AI. You will design sessions, coach teachers and instructional leaders, and ensure every classroom using Collej AI is set up for measurable student growth.

You will translate research, data, and platform capabilities into practical strategies educators can use Monday morning, while partnering with Customer Success to hit readiness milestones and traveling up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of K-12 education experience.
• Former classroom teacher is required.
• K-12 leadership roles such as instructional coach, principal, or district leader preferred.
• Teach For America alumni strongly preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Comfort with edtech platforms and data-driven instruction cycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to partner districts.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging professional development sessions (in-person and virtual) for teachers, instructional coaches, and district leaders.
• Build implementation playbooks that drive adoption, fidelity, and student outcomes.
• Coach educators 1:1 and in PLCs on data-driven instruction using Collej AI insights.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure each district hits its readiness milestones.
• Capture educator feedback and channel it into product, content, and curriculum decisions.
• Represent Collej AI at conferences, district summits, and partner events.
