Job summary

Learn It Academic Services in New York is seeking a Professional Development Facilitator to design and coordinate training across school- and community-based sites, and to support consultative services and outreach.

You will manage professional development systems, build sustainable procedures, and partner with program leaders to identify training needs while maintaining a client-centered approach to elevate program quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and coordinate professional development and training
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-informed decision-making skills
• Ability to support school- and community-based programs

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate professional development and training presentations across programs
• Develop and revise training materials and maintain individual training documentation
• Manage growth opportunities for school- and clinic-based instructors
• Partner with program leaders to identify training needs and plan professional development
• Support community outreach, off-site programs, and partnership development
• Manage in-home consultative staff and assignments and help build sustainable systems, procedures, and data practices
