Job summary

The role ensures compliance with policies, maintains records, and collaborates with HR, UUMG, and other partners.

The position covers onboarding, reviews, promotions, and data management, acting as a key liaison for faculty and leadership, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
• Prefers experience in faculty affairs administration within an academic health center, medical school, or higher education environment.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and communicate institutional policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty recruitment and appointment activities, track changes, and appointment actions for various faculty tracks.
• Prepare required documentation, Chair letters, faculty appointment files, and electronic voting materials.
• Coordinate emeritus faculty requests in accordance with guidelines.
• Serve as departmental liaison for onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment activities; monitor status and communicate updates.
