You will manage onboarding, track lifecycle transactions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and coordinate HR information in ERP, developing tools to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required across related field.
• An ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Experience with faculty life-cycle processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as advisory consultant to faculty at UHealth/Miller School of Medicine.
• Manage Faculty Affairs policies and the Faculty Manual provisions.
• Track faculty lifecycle transactions including compensation actions.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new faculty.
• Ensure compliance with policies, employment laws, and guidelines.
• Maintain HR information in ERP and document management systems.
• Develop onboarding tools, tracking systems and workflows for recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan faculty development programs and coordinate events.
• Communicate with Chairs, staff, and HR to meet client needs.
