The University of Miami/UHealth has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Administrative Operations. The Manager, Administrative Operations, plays a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational goals of UHealth by providing high-level project management, operational oversight, and administrative leadership. This position works closely with the Executive Director of UHealth Operations and Experience and executive leaders to drive complex initiatives, enhance performance, and ensure effective coordination across the health system.
5+ years of progressively responsible administrative or operations experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong proficiency in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations, including board-ready decks, leadership briefings, and data-driven slide narratives.
Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office Suite Programs, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI), and project tracking systems (e.g., SmartSheet).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to build consensus and collaborate across departments but also able to work independently as needed.
Ability to manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a teamwork environment which pursues a positive patient care experience.
