This role collaborates with faculty, Department Chairs, and staff to ensure compliant onboarding, appointments, and documentation across HR systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Three (3) years experience in similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Advise faculty and staff on internal practices and policies.
• Manage faculty lifecycle transactions including compensation-related actions and separations.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new faculty with HR and departments.
• Maintain HR information in ERP and document management systems.
• Develop tools and workflows to support recruitment, appointment processing, and onboarding.
