Job summary

Lockton Re is seeking a Reinsurance Associate Broker to support the Facultative Segment. The role focuses on client account support, documentation management, and team advancement within a collaborative broker environment.

Responsibilities include communicating with agents, underwriters, and clients; handling certificates, renewals, and endorsements; and maintaining accuracy and urgency in service delivery. At least three years in general insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years general insurance experience, or experience in a technical support role in insurance
• Ability to understand and analyze insurance certificates
• Extensive knowledge of (re)insurance and processes is a plus
• Must be able to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks in a changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate flow of information from agents and underwriters to internal teams and clients
• Respond promptly to requests from brokers, clients, or underwriters regarding account servicing
• Explain coverages and liabilities to agents/clients and assist with quotations and binders
• Coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts and ensure timely updates
