Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics, Software, or Electrical Eng.
• 3+ years engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with precision mechanics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform BOM structure checks and component evaluations with D&E.
• Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.
• Introduce new products into production in a Concurrent Engineering environment.
• Create and design production tooling and qualification tests.
• Generate technical work instructions and test plans.
• Support production issues with troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
• Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions.
• Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers to validate root causes.
