Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Factory Specialist ME to strengthen TPM routines and build leadership capability across Local Leadership Team and shop floor. You will drive data reliability, support loss elimination, and accelerate key improvement initiatives to elevate factory performance.

The role requires collaboration with LLT, HR/training, and cross-functional teams. A strong background in TPM/Lean and factory operations is essential, with emphasis on coaching and execution on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports definition, alignment and implementation of the Local Leadership Team performance improvement plan/strategy.
• Co-develop Local Leadership Team improvement strategy that considers factory Operational Master Plan and loss analysis.
• Support roll out across the Production Department and ensure governance to track progression.
• Train and coach LLT/shop floor owners on systems health and competencies.
• Evaluate maturity of key systems and guide improvement conversations.
