Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Pullman, AR seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to direct a factory’s performance. You will drive objectives, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing budgets and staffing needs.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years in progressive leadership roles, strong communication, and a track record of mentoring teams in SEL values and process improvement. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic direction-setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of eight years' related experience in increasingly complex leadership roles supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and product flow.
  • Demonstrated ability to model, mentor and teach SEL values to others.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
  • Negative drug test result(s).
