Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IT Support Technician to back the startup and ramp phases of our factories in Byhalia, MS and Memphis, TN. You’ll install, configure, and support end-user devices, imaging workstations, and maintain IT services across office and manufacturing spaces.

You will collaborate with IT leadership, facilities, vendors, and production teams to manage incidents, queues, and knowledge resources while adapting to a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5-8 years' experience or equivalent.
• Active Directory experience.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues, VLANs and VPNs.
• Experience imaging new computer systems.
• Experience with factory-floor shared devices - label printers & RF scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and utilities.
• A+ certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify software packages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals.
• Resolve site-level incident management requests.
• Populate Knowledge Database and Configuration Management Database.
• Administer user accounts using Active Directory.
• Provide training and technical assistance to users.
