Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IT Support Technician to support a new factory startup and an existing facility in Byhalia, MS and Memphis, TN. You will perform hands-on IT bring-up, install PCs, troubleshoot end-user issues, and administer Active Directory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include imaging, hardware, scanners, and ERP interface support, managing Service Desk queues, and collaborating with IT leadership, facilities, and vendors to keep startup milestones on track.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5–8 years of IT support experience or equivalent.
• Active Directory experience.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues, VLANs and VPNs.
• Experience imaging new computer systems.
• Experience with factory-floor shared devices (label printers & RF scanners).
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and utilities.
• A+ certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify software packages, troubleshoot end-user issues, and install PCs.
• Administer Active Directory and support mobile device enrollment.
• Support startup activities for new factory and early production ramp.
• Assist IT infrastructure deployment on office and manufacturing floors.
• Maintain inventory and document IT processes and knowledge base.
