Job summary

Base is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the factory IT team at BF1, supporting production floor systems and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot devices, manage tickets, and contribute to onboarding, offboarding, and IT infrastructure on site.

You’ll focus on hands‑on support for laptops, scanners, printers, and Zebra hardware, with primary responsibility on the 3pm–12am second shift. Travel to Texas facilities is possible as we scale.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Jira helps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac, plus basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on IT support across factory and warehouse operations, including laptops, scanners, printers, and kiosks.
• Deploy and maintain Zebra hardware across locations, including calibration and print quality tuning.
• Manage the IT ticket queue via Jira Service Management and support channels.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning, badges, and account access.
• Troubleshoot network/connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, switches, APs, printers) on site.
• Create technical documentation and self‑service guides; improve ticketing workflows.
