Lenovo is seeking a Senior Global Events professional to lead high-impact external experiences, from flagship launches to major trade shows, across North America and globally. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage significant budgets, and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

You will travel domestically and internationally, shaping strategy, coordinating partners, and delivering compelling experiences that elevate Lenovo’s brand and business growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of global events and experiential marketing experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale events from strategy to measurement.
• Experience coordinating multiple functions, markets, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global events end-to-end from strategy to post-event evaluation.
• Translate marketing priorities into experiential strategies to build Lenovo’s brand.
• Manage milestones, budgets, approvals, and timelines across teams.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, PR, geographies, and executives.
• Oversee agencies, venues, tech providers, and partners with clear expectations.
• Develop executive updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Use data to define success and connect engagement to outcomes.
• Explore AI and modern tools to improve planning and collaboration.
• Own onsite details, stay calm under pressure, and ensure a polished experience.
