Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. The Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development will lead critical projects, tackle high-priority challenges, and deploy pragmatic solutions to scale production capabilities.

This role blends technical depth, project leadership, and hands-on process development. You will drive systematic improvements, design early solutions for future software needs, and help introduce new assets to boost throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with a strong preference for those who have led meaningful projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems.
• Ability for occasional travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
• Root Cause Analysis: perform detailed root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
• System Building: develop early pragmatic solutions and inform longer-term tech direction.
• Asset and Process Introduction: redesign of processes and introduction of new assets to increase production rates.
