Hadrian Automation in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to advance our manufacturing capabilities through strategic project management, system building, and innovative problem-solving. This role tackles high-priority operational and technical challenges to support rapid production scaling.

The position requires a STEM degree or 5+ years of leadership in a high-intensity production environment, plus 2–3 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field, or 5+ years leadership in a high-intensity production environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role with leadership of meaningful projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
• System Building: Lead development of early pragmatic solutions to improve processes and inform long-term tech.
• Asset and Process Introduction: Redesign existing processes and introduce new assets to raise production rates.
