Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full‑stack manufacturing. You will own daily and weekly production targets, monitor and manage workflows, and ensure teams have the tools and materials needed to succeed.

As a production and operations leader, you will oversee 10–30 technicians, set standards, conduct regular feedback, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across multi‑shift shop floors while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team, shift of cross functional or project
• Strong operational judgment and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High accountability and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable managing changing priorities and dynamic production schedules

Responsibilities

• Own execution of daily and weekly production targets for assigned area and monitor progress.
• Lead area metrics, facilitate team meetings, and communicate status/risks to leadership.
• Supervise shop floor activity, schedules, and workflow across multi-shift operations; escalate issues with root cause and options.
• Manage a team of 10-30 technicians, set standards and conduct regular feedback; drive accountability and growth.
