Hadrian is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development in Dallas to drive rapid scaling of production through project leadership and systematic problem-solving.

You will own cross-functional projects, perform root cause analysis, and build end-to-end manufacturing systems that support faster, higher-quality output. Eligibility includes a engineering degree or substantial leadership experience in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5+ years leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing role with proven project leadership.
• Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own critical projects from inception to completion with rigorous analysis and robust solutions.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
• Lead system building to enable immediate improvements and inform longer-term tech direction.
• Redesign existing processes and introduce new processes and assets to scale production.
