Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a technical expert to support customers in the San Jose, CA region on Testinsight software solutions bridging design and ATE environments. You will lead multi-platform test program adoption across semiconductor design and test companies, and collaborate with customers and Teradyne developers to tailor solutions.

This role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with hands-on semiconductor test/DFT experience, strong communication, and willingness to spend significant time at

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with experience in semiconductor test and/or DFT.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor test methodologies.
• Good understanding of DFT processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Innovation in aligning customer requirements with software capabilities.
• Friendly and collaborative approach, with willingness to spend significant time at customer sites.
• Must be able to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of multi-platform test program development by semiconductor design and test companies.
• Develop enhanced processes supporting multi-ATE environments.
• Collaborate with EDA and test engineers on-site and with Testinsight SW developers to meet customer requirements.
• Build close working relationships with customer test and design teams.
• Support customer specific test development processes ensuring best usage of the ATE platforms.
• Partner with Testinsight SW developers to implement software enhancements matching customer requirements.
