Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a motivated Field Application Engineer in San Jose, CA to develop and deploy innovative test solutions for semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor testing and software programming, with excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with teams and customers to ensure optimized testing processes and technically support various ATE platforms. The position offers a competitive salary and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in semiconductor testing industry.
• Test/Product engineering experience in various semiconductor technologies.
• Strong understanding of software programming preferred in .NET, C#, VB, and/or C++, C, Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and deploy test solutions for various semiconductor devices.
• Collaborate with team and customers to optimize test processes.
• Release production of test solutions including production handler and prober equipment.
