Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor for its Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. The role oversees administrative and clinical operations, coordinates referrals, intakes, admissions, and community-based service delivery, while maintaining a small caseload for direct clinical services.

The supervisor ensures adherence to quality standards and charts, develops partnerships with community agencies, and supports interns through supervision and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions preferred.
• Experience delivering clinical services in community-based settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and community partners.
• Knowledge of behavioral health disorders and recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, consultation, and coaching to the FACT team.
• Maintain a caseload and deliver community-based clinical services.
• Oversee program operations: documentation, admissions, discharges, and chart audits.
• Coordinate continuity of care with families, partners, and colleagues.
• Support interns with clinical supervision and training opportunities.
