Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Manager of Adult Community Services in Florida to provide operational and program leadership for FACT teams and other intensive community-based behavioral health services. The role focuses on delivering person-centered, recovery-oriented care while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of leadership in behavioral health, and experience supervising multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health.
• Experience providing leadership, supervision, or program management within a behavioral health or community-based service setting.
• Experience serving adults with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, or other complex behavioral health needs preferred.
• Professional clinical licensure is preferred but not required; Florida licensure is preferred if clinically licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and program oversight for assigned Adult Community Services programs, including FACT teams and other intensive community-based behavioral health services.
• Provides leadership, consultation, coaching, and support to program supervisors and multidisciplinary staff to promote effective team functioning and consistent service delivery.
• Ensures services operate in accordance with Florida requirements, Medicaid requirements, fidelity standards, and organizational policies.
• Monitors census, referrals, admissions, discharges, caseloads, service utilization, productivity, payer mix, documentation, staffing, and outcomes.
• Collaborates with leadership to evaluate program performance, staffing, service capacity, and opportunities for growth.
