Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver's License and automobile insurance coverage are necessary.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services per the FACT model.
• Conducts mental health status assessments and individual/group therapy.
• Acts as a primary case manager for assigned individuals.
