Job summary

MHRCFLORIDA in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a full-time position within the FACT Program, dedicated to supporting adults with severe mental illnesses. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Human Services and demonstrated experience in mental health settings. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, coordinating referrals, and providing education related to mental health issues, as well as supporting individuals in their daily living activities. Team members interact with clients in community settings and are required to handle emergencies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults who have severe and persistent mental illness.
• Valid Florida Driver's License and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment and support services according to the FACT model.
• Conducts mental health status assessments.
• Coordinates referrals to community providers and support services.

Skills

Strong communication skills
