Salary Range: $19.50 - $23.84 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Aid with building maintenance tasks and report major repair needs.
• Clean indoor areas, supply restrooms, and perform deep cleanings when needed.
• Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing and cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate gear, and use chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Move heavy items manually or with carts.
• Assemble office furniture as required.
• Help receive supplies and equipment, and set up and clean event spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of carpentry or facilities maintenance experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary $19.50 - $23.84 per hour, depending on experience.
