Northeast Kingdom Human Services in Sutton, VT is seeking compassionate support specialists to help residents with daily living activities, personal care, and skill-building to foster independence.

You will work in a home-like setting, maintaining safety and a supportive environment while addressing behavioral challenges and promoting well-being. Shift-based schedule includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with individuals with varying needs and behaviors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
