This is a hands‑on role where no two days are exactly alike – from carpentry and interior repairs to room inspections and mentoring summer staff. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team that values student well‑being and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least four years of experience in general maintenance and/or carpentry, familiarity with finish carpentry tools, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid Vermont driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) is required, along with the ability to complete 16‑hour asbestos awareness and Vermont Essential Maintenance Practices training. Experience reading blueprints and maintenance manuals is a plus.

This is a full‑time, Monday‑Friday position. Hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM during the academic year and 6:00 AM–2:30 PM in the summer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

• Valid Vermont driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Anticipated Pay Range

$22–$24/hour
