Job summary

Health First is seeking a Facility Technician II to provide maintenance across the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN). Responsibilities include performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and managing documentation within the computerized maintenance management system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, one year of maintenance experience, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position is per diem with variable shift times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in maintenance work needed.
• Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities on equipment and facilities.
• Maintain documentation for completed tasks.
• Assist with emergent maintenance requests.

Skills

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems knowledge

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Trade School Graduate (preferred)
