Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and general maintenance of the facility and equipment. You will help ensure a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors, and assist with security in the absence of a security officer.

Additional related duties may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate has a general maintenance background, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General maintenance background required.
• Hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment.
• Ensure safety standards are met to provide a safe environment of care.
• Provide security in the absence of a security officer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
