Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Trade experience as Electrical or Mechanical with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Associates degree in mechanical or electrical discipline with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Broad experience with building power, compressors, generators, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Mechanical and pneumatic/hydraulic systems with electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with office moves and campus furniture changes.
• Maintain Perrysburg campus facilities and grounds.
• Assist with installation of signage and safety equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on equipment.
• Complete work orders; coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and liaisons.
