Qualifications

• Must have broad knowledge of facility equipment and maintenance operations.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Familiarity with building security, life safety, and fire systems.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing issues with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Interface with departments, contractors and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain Perrysburg building and grounds facilities.
• Assist with installation of signage and safety equipment on campus.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Handle electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
