Job summary

NPSG GLOBAL LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to oversee facility infrastructure in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate with OEM service techs, manage PM on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and compressed air systems, and perform basic repairs while maintaining safety standards.

You will use CMMS to schedule inspections, document checks, and support shop fabrication tasks. Strong communication skills and reliability are essential for minimizing downtime and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or Associate’s degree in Building Maintenance or Mechatronics preferred.
• 3–5+ years in a manufacturing/industrial environment, ideally with modern automated machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals; basic PLC knowledge; proficient with hand/power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with machine operators and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Service Contract Liaison: schedule visits and oversee on-site repairs to meet service agreements and safety standards.
• Advanced Building System Oversight: monitor PM on HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, and compressed air lines.
• PM Management: use CMMS to track daily/weekly/monthly inspections to prevent failures.
• Minor Equipment Support: perform first-line troubleshooting that does not void warranties.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures for all personnel and contractors.
• Facility Upkeep: light welding/fabrication, painting, and basic structural repairs.
